Pathway I Early Learning Scholarships are available to enroll your three to five-year-old children in high quality early childhood programs. Some children from birth to two years may also qualify. Up to $7,500 per scholarship may be awarded.
A family’s income must be equal or less than 185% of the federal poverty level ($46,435 for a family of 4) or participate in any of the following programs: free and reduced-price lunch, CACFP, CCAP, Food Distribution for Tribal Members, Head Start, MFIP, SNAP or foster care. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the eligible Parent Aware-rated and participating early childhood program.
