The 2017-2018 (Quadrivalent) flu vaccine that we provide will protect against four influenza viruses that research indicates will be most common during the season… Influenza A Michigan (H1N1), Influenza A Hong Kong (H3N2), Influenza B (B Yamagata Lineage), Influenza B (B Victoria Lineage). We do not have the high dose flu vaccine.


Wednesday, Oct. 4th 2-3 pm, Grace Lutheran Church, 404 Central Ave N., Dodge Center

Wednesday, Oct. 11th 2-3 pm, Hayfield Senior Center, 25 E Main St, Hayfield 

Thursday, Oct. 12th 4 – 5:30 pm, Kasson Fire Hall, 101 East Main Street, Kasson

Tuesday, Oct. 24th 10-11 am, Claremont City Hall, 140 W Front St, Claremont

Tuesday, Oct. 24th 1-2 pm, West Concord City Hall, 180 Main St, West Concord


The cost of the shot is $37.00.  For those individuals covered by Medicare Part B, you must bring your
Medicare card and your Medicare Advantage card with you for billing purposes.  Receipts for insurance
reimbursement will be available.
