Flu shot clinic

Don’t let the flu stop you. The flu is more than sniffles…It’s coughing. It’s fever. It’s aching. It can lead to pneumonia and death.

Homeland Health provides flu vaccinations to patients ages 6 months and up.


We Accept the Following Insurances: We will bill your Health Plan:

America's PPO, Medica, PrimeWest, BCBS of MN, Meidcare, South Country Health Alliance, HealthPartners, PreferredOne, UCare

A Copy of your Insurance Card or Cards is Requested.


• If you are not covered by one of these health plans, you may purchase a vaccination the day of the clinic.

• Homeland Health is Medicare certified and provides vaccinations to Medicare patients. We will bill Medicare or your health plan. Your flu shot is a covered benefit by your Medicare part B or Advantage Health Plan. Bring your Medicare and Supplemental Insurance Card to the clinic.

Homeland Health is a MN Vaccines for Children Provider and will offer flu vaccine to uninsured children 6 months to 18 years of age for $20.


Cost if uninsured: Over 18 years Injection $35

Cost if uninsured: 6 months to 18 years $20

October 24 4:00 to 7:00pm NRHEG Schools - Ellendale

November 4 9:00 to 12:00pm Roosevelt School in Owatonna
