Pandemic EBT Update

PEBT Update

A Message from the Minnesota Department of Human Services regarding P-EBT:

Due to a delay in card processing, the first Pandemic EBT benefits for this school year are now expected to go out in mid-April.

We understand how important these benefits are for families, and are working to get them out as soon as possible. We recognize this delay may cause hardship, and want you to know that additional help may be available to you in the meantime.

Families in need of additional assistance accessing healthy foods are urged to contact their county or tribal human services office or the Minnesota Food Helpline at 888-711-1151 or hungersolutions.org.

In addition, the Minnesota Department of Education supports the Free Meals for Kids mobile app, which helps children and families in need find and access free meals at hundreds of schools and other sites across Minnesota. For more information, visit hungerimpactpartners.org.
