In compliance with Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-11 Securing Federal Authority to Continue Human Services Programs During the COVID-19 Peacetime Emergency, MNPrairie is not closing public assistance cases for an incomplete/unreceived renewal at this time. If you were expecting renewal paperwork for a re-certification for SNAP, cash, or healthcare programs they were not sent, and therefore are not due at this time. If you are a monthly reporter and did not receive your DHS2120 Household Report Form rest assured that is because they were also not sent, and therefore not due. If you have had a decrease in your income please let your Team know and they will look at how that should be applied to your case.
